Job summary

Tom's Trunks is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to own our digital sales channels, focusing on website management and using data to improve the customer journey in line with our commercial strategy. You will join a fast-growing team and be a key player in online experiences.

Responsibilities include Shopify management, SEO, analytics across GA4 and Omnisend, AB testing, and delivering a weekly trading dashboard. E-commerce or fashion experience and sustainability passion are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years e-commerce and data experience
• Experience with SEO
• Excellent knowledge of Shopify (updates, themes, checkout)

Responsibilities

• Website management and brand consistency
• Shopify end-to-end: listings, pages, checkout, apps, DNS, theme edits
• Ensure product listings are accurate and on-brand
• Refresh homepage and reflect campaigns, launches and events
• Maintain ESG and sustainability pages, reflect latest data
• Manage product data (SKUs, product passports)
• Audit site for broken links and blockers
• Run AB tests on key pages and act on findings
• Coordinate with marketing/product for launches and updates
• Build a weekly trading dashboard across channels
• Analyse channel performance and present actionable findings
• Track CVR, AOV, CAC, repeat purchases, and email metrics
• Identify trends and flag issues early
• Use data to continuously improve website and channels
• SEO: technical/site structure and on-page optimization
• Track organic performance in GA4 weekly
• Collaborate with content to optimize new pages
• Email marketing support: optimise flows and interpret Omnisend data
• Provide data from paid channels to support performance
• Implement automations to improve customer journey
• Inventory data: SKU generation and master data alignment
• Monitor stock levels and flag risks
• Coordinate inbound stock with buyers/3PL
• Ensure regional product standards and compliance
• Manage returns partner and issue escalation
