Job summary

Pets at Home in the United Kingdom seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own performance and lead RELEX forecasting and replenishment across the network. The role blends hands-on system capability with people leadership to drive availability and smarter decision-making.

You will manage a small team and operate on a hybrid basis from Handforth (2 days) with travel to the Stafford Fulfilment Centre, collaborating with Supply Chain, Commercial and IT to deliver improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with RELEX or similar forecasting systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory and replenishment dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead others and deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise RELEX forecasting & replenishment configuration and logic.
• Monitor performance and manage risks to availability and stock.
• Diagnose root causes and design scalable improvements for planning.
