Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a senior leader to drive trading performance across Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident for Car and Home products. You will bring together pricing, underwriting, digital, claims and analytics to deliver growth, profitability and strong customer outcomes.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders, build high-performing teams and shape the future of our digital insurance business with AI and advanced analytics.

Job description

Loves using data, insight and commercial thinking to drive business performance. You may already be leading a trading, commercial or pricing function in insurance and be looking for a role with broader accountability and greater strategic influence. You'll enjoy working across different teams, bringing people together around a common goal and turning insight into action. You'll also be excited by the opportunity to shape how we use AI and advanced analytics to improve customer experiences and business performance.

A bit about the job:

You'll lead the trading performance of Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident across our Car and Home insurance products. Working within our Retail business, you'll be accountable for delivering growth, profitability and great customer outcomes. You'll bring together teams from across pricing, underwriting, digital, claims and analytics to make sure we're making the right commercial decisions. You'll lead our trading strategy, spot opportunities for improvement and help shape the future of our digital insurance business. You'll also play a key role in how we use AI and data to make faster, smarter decisions for our customers and business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
