Qualifications
- Strong experience leading commercial, trading or performance teams within general insurance.
- A deep understanding of the UK personal lines insurance market.
- Experience using data and insight to improve growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across multiple teams.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead trading performance across Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident for Car and Home.
- Coordinate pricing, underwriting, digital, claims and analytics to inform commercial decisions.
- Shape trading strategy and identify opportunities to improve growth and profitability.
