Job summary

ASOS is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead data-driven initiatives across customer funnels, experiments, and product strategy. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and partner with Product Managers to set success metrics.

Key responsibilities include owning A/B testing programs, building dashboards, and mentoring junior analysts to raise analytical quality across the team. This role emphasizes statistical rigour and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight.
• Apply statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design in product environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python, including pandas and NumPy, for large-scale data analysis.
• Proven experience leading A/B testing programmes and influencing product decisions through experimentation.
• Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and storytelling to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with Product and influencing senior stakeholders or leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive analyses across customer funnels to identify conversion opportunities.
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
• Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data and success metrics.
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics across product teams.
• Mentor and support junior analysts to raise analytical quality across the team.
