Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Experimentation Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end experimentation capability, setting standards, metrics, and governance across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Trade and Data.

You'll drive a high-velocity, data-driven culture, lead the Experimentation Forum and Champion network, and partner with analytics and product teams to deliver faster, more confident product decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep experience running experimentation programmes at scale across multiple teams.
• Expertise in frequentist and Bayesian approaches and sequential testing.
• Experience owning an enterprise experimentation platform (e.g., Optimizely).
• Ability to design primary, secondary and guardrail metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the experimentation vision, strategy and improvement roadmap.
• Enforce experimentation standards and review quality before launch.
• Own the measurement strategy and drive statistical validity and conclusive rates.
• Lead the Experimentation Forum and Champion network.
