Job summary

Juice Recruitment partners with a Bath-based company to recruit a Data & Product Administrator. The role focuses on maintaining master data, pricing, and product information across multiple platforms.

You’ll support business operations, ensure data accuracy, and work with sales, finance and customer service teams. The position offers hybrid working after training with three days in the office, part-time hours available (minimum 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, lookups and data validation.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
• Experience in data administration, pricing, reporting or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create and update master data across product categories and brands.
• Manage pricing and product information in internal systems.
• Support pricing updates and amendments.
• Maintain data across CRM and PIM platforms.
• Process customer term changes and promotional requests.
• Generate reports and data extracts for analysis.
• Create and update orders and supporting docs.
• Update product display and proposals.
• Process pricing amendments accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to internal tickets and collaborate with sales, finance and operations.
