Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking an Insight Analyst for a hybrid role in the UK. You will partner with stakeholders across Trading, Customer, and Retail Operations to deliver data-driven insights that influence business decisions.

Proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau is essential, with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. You’ll develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports, while driving continuous improvement of reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, insights, reporting, or commercial analysis within retail or consumer-focused environments.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query, analyse, and interpret data to support decisions.
• Ability to create data-driven stories and compelling dashboards for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful insights by partnering with stakeholders to understand commercial challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across Trading, Customer, Retail Operations, and other functions.
• Create clear data-driven stories with visualisations and concise recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and management packs, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying manual processes and opportunities to streamline reporting and insight delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Data & Analytics teams while maintaining high data quality.
