Job summary

XCM is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll own end-to-end analysis, extract and validate large datasets with SQL, and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.

Collaboration with Lead Analysts and stakeholders will drive performance across Retail, Sports, and Gaming sectors. The role emphasizes independent ownership, fast-paced delivery, and clear storytelling through reports and visuals using Horizon BI.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL for extracting and validating large datasets.
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Able to think analytically to spot trends and opportunities.
• Able to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis requests from quick insights to in-depth reviews.
• Write queries to extract, validate, and manipulate large datasets using SQL.
• Build and maintain visual reporting and dashboards using Horizon BI.
• Measure performance and ROI across online and offline marketing activities.
• Analyze customer and campaign behavior across channels (Email, Web, SMS, Direct mail).
• Create clear outputs (reports, decks, dashboards) translating data into a story.
• Provide insights and recommendations to influence campaign optimization and planning.
• Support BAU reporting while delivering ad-hoc analyses with speed and accuracy.
