Job summary

AO in Bolton is seeking a data analyst to turn numbers into stories that help our Sales and Mobiles teams shine. You will work with brilliant people, tackle chunky datasets, and spot opportunities that drive better results.

You’ll build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse KPIs like Sales Conversion and CSAT, and provide recommendations to coaching and sales improvement. This role focuses on clear, actionable insights delivered to operational teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with operations teams to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse key KPIs (Sales Conversion, Plan Conversion, SVL, AHT, ASA, CSAT) to spot trends and opportunities.
• Own and maintain operational reports and End-of-Day updates ensuring accuracy.
• Build and refine Power BI dashboards and dashboards using SQL/Excel for a single source of truth.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to coaching and sales improvement.
