Job summary

Sysco International is seeking a European ERP Programme Administrator to support a major ERP programme. You will coordinate activities, maintain plans and documents, organise meetings and governance reporting, and act as a central stakeholder contact.

Hybrid role based in Ashford with travel as needed. The successful candidate will have strong organisation, time management and communication skills, with experience in ERP implementations or large IT programmes and proficiency in MS Office, MS

Qualifications

• Organised and detail oriented with proven programme or project administration experience.
• Experience within ERP implementations or large-scale IT programmes is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, maintain programme plans and documentation, and organise meetings and workshops.
• Support reporting, governance requirements, and preparation of programme reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Act as central point of contact for stakeholders and ensure information is shared accurately.
• Assist with budget administration, risk and issue tracking, and resource onboarding.
