Job summary

Future is seeking a proactive Digital Customer professional to manage membership propositions across a portfolio of premium brands. You will bridge brand goals, reader needs, and delivery teams to create lasting value, using analytics to guide strategic roadmaps and cross-functional project plans.

You will evaluate engagement data with GA4, Looker, Tableau, and coordinate with editorial, marketing and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital membership, subscription, or customer retention initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating user data through GA4, Looker or Tableau.
• Experience using Jira or Asana for project management.
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear business cases and commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimise, and scale digital membership propositions across a portfolio of key media brands.
• Analyse customer data to uncover engagement trends and identify features that encourage daily reader habits.
• Build clear commercial business cases that align customer needs with brand strategy and revenue goals.
• Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable project roadmaps for technical and product teams.
• Coordinate transformation projects alongside internal editorial, marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and project deliverables to ensure membership initiatives launch on schedule.
