Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.Com is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead ER operations across the UK and Canada within the People Services team. You will triage tribunal claims, provide expert guidance on complex cases, and partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven improvements.

You will own one ER pillar, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals while coaching a high-performing team and collaborating with global HR and legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering within global organizations.
• Strong practical knowledge of UK Employment Legislation, tribunal processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven team leadership and coaching skills for developing others.
• Deep understanding of ER policies and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER operations across the UK and Canada, ensuring local compliance while aligning with global ER strategy.
• Hold strategic ownership for one ER pillar, driving consistency with business goals.
• Manage and triage UK employment tribunal claims and legal matters with external counsel when needed.
• Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and Speak Up cases.
• Analyze ER data and trends to deliver actionable recommendations and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop the team, supporting career growth within the ER framework.
• Facilitate ER representation during restructures with clear roles and processes.
