Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Deeside site on a full-time permanent basis. You will drive continuous improvement across the contract, identifying opportunities to enhance safety, service, cost and quality.

You will lead CI initiatives with site teams, analyse process performance, track benefits and develop presentations to share results. The role requires strong data skills, knowledge of WMS and MS Office, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or training desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong presentation skills for briefings and reports.
• Change management experience and adaptability.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced data skills: data extraction and analytics using Excel and MS tools.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and their algorithms.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook; Power BI literacy.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CI strategy on site.
• Lead and implement CI initiatives with site teams.
• Analyse process performance and identify improvements.
• Track and report benefits realized from improvements.
• Develop presentations detailing process changes and benefits.
• Design current and future process flows; support new layouts and equipment.
• Assist operations with projects as required.
