Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer for the Deeside site on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on driving CI across safety, service, cost and quality while working with site teams to implement impactful improvements.

You will analyze process performance, develop future flows, and support layouts, processes, technology and equipment. A strong CI background and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• LEAN and SIX SIGMA practitioner desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Change management ability.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge in data extraction and analytics using Excel and other Microsoft software and databases to analyse large data sets.
• WMS (warehouse management system) knowledge of system algorithms and their functionality.
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook, Power BI.

Job Overview

We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at our Deeside site on a full-time permanent basis!

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across all areas of the contract, identifying processes for improvement covering subjects such as safety, service, cost, and quality, among others.

Salary and Working Hours

• Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum


• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
