Job summary

We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our Deeside site on a full-time permanent basis. You will drive CI across the contract, identifying improvements in safety, service, cost and quality, and work with site teams to implement changes.

The role requires strong data analysis using Excel/Power BI, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus change management experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• LEAN and SIX SIGMA practitioner desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge in data extraction and analytics using Excel and other Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement (CI) strategy on site.
• Lead and implement CI initiatives with site teams.
• Analyse process performance and identify improvements.
• Track and record benefits realised from CI.
• Develop presentations to illustrate process improvements and benefits.
• Develop current and future process flows and support new layouts and technology.
• Assist operations with projects as required.
