Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the Deeside site on a full-time basis. You will drive CI across the contract, identifying opportunities to improve safety, service, cost and quality.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a focus on delivering measurable benefits and collaborating with site teams to implement practical improvements.
