Job summary

Culina is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Deeside site on a full-time permanent basis. You will drive CI initiatives, analyse performance, and develop future process flows to improve safety, service, cost, and quality across the contract.

You will lead and implement CI projects in collaboration with site teams, develop presentations showing benefits, and support operations with layout, process, and technology changes.

Qualifications

• Experience driving CI initiatives and analysing process performance.
• LEAN and SIX SIGMA practitioner desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CI strategy on site and lead CI initiatives.
• Analyse process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present benefit results and future process flows.
• Support operations on projects and assist with layouts, processes and technology implementations.
