Zusammenfassung

Footballco is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to support our commercial organisation and help ensure sales and operational processes run smoothly across Salesforce, ADvendio and related systems.

You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to assist on data quality, pipeline visibility, campaign bookings and handovers, coordinating with Sales, Campaign managers and our outsourced delivery partners.

Qualifikationen

• Some experience in a sales support, sales administration, commercial coordination, operations or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience creating or maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Experience using a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce, ADvendio and other systems.
• Maintain accurate commercial records including sales opportunities, bookings, and account details.
• Monitor data quality and follow up with Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Manage sales pipelines, deal stages, booking records and workflows.
• Produce regular sales operations reports covering pipeline, bookings and revenue KPIs.
• Coordinate campaign bookings and post-sale handover through to completion.
