Job summary

Exeter Northcott Theatre is seeking a Data, CRM & Sales Assistant to join the Sales Team in the Marketing & Development Department. You will manage GDPR-compliant customer data, support CRM processes and build events in Spektrix, delivering accurate reports to inform sales and fundraising strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good numerical and analytical abilities
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets or databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive and collaborative
• Interest in CRM systems and data management
• Experience using Spektrix or similar CRM/database
• Experience producing reports or analysing data
• Experience documenting processes
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain GDPR-compliant customer data within Spektrix
• Perform data cleansing, validation and QA for reliable reporting
• Support reporting, research and data analysis for the team
• Produce regular sales, audience and CRM reports using Spektrix and Excel
• Build, update and maintain events in the Spektrix system with accurate pricing and journeys
• Assist with testing and improvements of ticketing processes
• Sell tickets and handle customer enquiries with excellent service
• Promote memberships and other income opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of Exeter Northcott Theatre programme and services
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement across the team
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for decision making
