Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. invites applications for a Data Centre Shift Leader to manage on-site M&E operations and shift leadership within a critical environment.

You will coordinate with management to ensure staffing, training, and safety standards are upheld while maintaining a professional CBRE GWS presence. You will lead a shift team, oversee PPMs and reactive work, ensure effective handovers, and monitor workflow against defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Electrical competency required (City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2) or equivalent.
• Experience in critical environments and data centres.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage holiday, sickness cover and HR issues including appraisals of shift staff.
• Ensure training plans are in place and implemented.
• Maintain professional image of CBRE GWS technical team.
• Supervise M&E shift team and senior technical rep out of hours.
• Lead on technical service delivery and shift handover communications.
• Plan workload and schedule works to meet PPM/CM and reactive orders within SLA.
