Job summary

CBRE is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Project Manager to deliver projects within critical environments across the NE Hampshire region. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating design, construction, and occupancy stages while ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management experience in M&E / FM essentially within critical environments.
• Preferably experienced in the datacentre markets for M&E, Fabric or Whitespace.
• Ability to exercise judgement based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope of work, resources, budget, schedule, milestones).
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification process.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate and timely.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify threats, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
