Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Design Manager based in or around Hertfordshire to join a growing team delivering some of the UK's most exciting data centre projects. You will manage the design process from pre-construction through to project completion on technically complex developments.

As Design Manager, you will coordinate clients, consultants and internal teams, drive design solutions, and ensure programmes align with delivery schedules while maintaining safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the design process across all project stages.
• Review information for buildability, compliance and viability.
• Ensure design programmes align with delivery schedules.
• Identify and manage design risks and resolve issues.
• Attend client, consultant and project coordination meetings.
• Support pre-construction activities and value engineering.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and subcontractors.
