Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Centre Project Manager in the UK to lead project delivery from initiation to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risks while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a track record in M&E/FM within critical environments. Strong MS Office skills and an analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience in critical environments such as data centres or facilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
  • Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, budget, milestones and quality control.
  • Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations for clients.
  • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the qualification process.
  • Implement governance and ensure data integrity, timely documentation and reporting of status and variances.
  • Lead and coach the project delivery team to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Demonstrate CBRE values and build consensus across stakeholders.
  • Explain difficult information and work within corporate policies.
