Job summary

Page Green in the UK leads data centre design and build projects, and is seeking an electrically-biased Building Services Technical Director to oversee MEP engineering teams on replacement plant projects within a live portfolio.

You will serve as technical authority across all RIBA stages, shaping feasibility studies and specifications, while driving new work, negotiating contracts, and mentoring senior engineers and managing team budgets.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with senior leadership experience in building services.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of UK building standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex project pipelines across multiple live sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-profile multidisciplinary projects, mainly data centres, with potential other sectors.
• Act as technical authority for designs, feasibility studies, and specifications across RIBA stages.
• Drive new business, negotiate contracts, and manage client interfaces.
• Mentor principal engineers, manage team P&L budgets, and build technical capabilities.
