Matchtech represents a world‑renowned engineering and consultancy client in London, seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer for data centres. You will lead the mechanical discipline, guiding design packages from briefing through installation and commissioning.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering (Master's preferred) and Chartered status, with strong software and client‑facing communication skills. London‑based, on‑site work with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) via CIBSE/IMechE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design packages for data centre projects from brief to commissioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage sub‑consultants.
• Present designs clearly to clients using sketches, drawings and reports.
