Job summary

James Lewis Recruitment is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead the CSA package on a live Camberley data centre upgrade and expansion project. You will coordinate civil, structural and architectural works to ensure timely delivery around live services and client operations.

The role requires experience with data centre refurbishments, live-site planning, and managing subcontractors and specialist suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience managing CSA packages within data centres and critical environments.
Data centre live-site upgrade experience would be a strong advantage.
Ability to coordinate with MEP teams, suppliers and client representatives to avoid programme blockers.

Responsibilities

Manage CSA works across a live data centre upgrade and expansion project.
Coordinate builders' works, structural alterations, penetrations, risers and making good.
Manage architectural works including partitions, doors, ceilings and raised floors.
Coordinate civil and external works, access routes and plant support requirements.
Work closely with MEP teams to sequence CSA works around installations.
Manage subcontractors, supervisors and specialist suppliers on site.
Review drawings, RFIs, RAMS, QA documents and handover information.
Plan works around live services, permits and restricted access.
Manage programme, lookaheads, risk, snagging and close-out.
Ensure works are delivered safely, to spec and per client requirements.
