Job summary

DT Source Limited seeks an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead internal CSA and architectural packages on a major data centre project in Camberley. The role focuses on internal fit-out, coordinating screeding, flooring, walls, ceilings, doors and windows, with responsibility for subcontractors, programme, quality and safety until handover.

You will manage CSA works alongside MEP installations, review drawings and RAMS, and ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high safety

Qualifications

• Proven CSA project management experience on data centre projects.
• Strong communication and site management skills.
• Experience coordinating CSA/internal fit-out packages with MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of internal CSA and architectural packages.
• Oversee screeding and floor preparation works.
• Manage raised and suspended flooring packages
• Oversee partition walls and white wall systems
• Manage suspended ceilings and related ceiling packages
• Coordinate installation of doors, frames, ironmongery and windows
• Manage subcontractors to programme
• Coordinate CSA works with MEP installations
• Review drawings, RAMS and technical information
• Monitor programme progress and delays
• Ensure quality and handover readiness
• Maintain health & safety standards
• Attend progress meetings
• Provide regular progress updates
• Support handover of CSA packages
