Job summary

DT Source Limited seeks an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the internal architectural and CSA packages on a major data centre project in Camberley, Surrey. You will manage subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and coordination with MEP teams through to completion and handover.

The role focuses on screeding, raised/suspended flooring, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows, ensuring works stay on programme and meet QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Proven CSA Project Manager on data centre projects.
• Experience with internal CSA and architectural fit-out packages.
• Strong programme, sequencing and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and site management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of internal CSA and architectural packages.
• Oversee screeding and floor preparation.
• Manage raised and suspended flooring installation.
• Coordinate doors, frames, and windows.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Coordinate with MEP teams throughout delivery.
• Review drawings, RAMS and technical information.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and close-out inspections.
