Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate CSA Cost Consultant to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team. You will lead cost management assignments on a major data centre project, with 50% of time on site in Norway and a 1 week on/1 week off rotation.

You will develop project costings and budgets, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and ensure delivery in line with contract parameters. The role requires construction cost & commercial management experience and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Previous CSA Cost & Commercial experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of construction processes and cost & commercial management.
• Experience completing commercial analysis and insights.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
• Experience managing business relationships and supporting senior management activities.
• Experience of managing people and leadership skills.
• Experience building relationships with senior-management level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team capabilities to raise service delivery quality.
• Create project costings and budgets to meet profit and budget targets.
• Lead cost management assignments from inception to completion.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contracts and delivery parameters.
• Analyse complex data and provide recommendations for project decisions.
• Support development of cost and commercial management systems and processes.
• Build relationships with customers to identify opportunities and deliver satisfaction.
• Provide technical cost/commercial management advice to internal teams.
