Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate CSA Cost Consultant to join our growing CSA Commercial Management team. You will contribute to a major data centre construction project in the Nordics, with 50% on site in Norway and a 1 week on/1 week from home rotation.

You will lead cost management assignments, develop project costings and budgets, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver value and compliant project delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in a CSA Cost & Commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost & commercial management.
• Experience completing commercial analysis and insights.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
• Experience managing relationships with senior management.
• Experience managing people and leadership skills.
• Experience building client relationships at senior-management level as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Create project costings and budgets to meet profit and budget targets.
• Lead and manage cost management assignments from inception to completion.
• Monitor and review team performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Assure contract compliance with project delivery parameters and scope.
• Analyze complex data and provide recommendations for project decisions.
• Develop cost and commercial management systems and processes.
• Build relationships with customers to identify opportunities and enhance delivery.
