Norway-Based CSA Cost Manager – Data Centre Projects

Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate CSA Cost Consultant to join the CSA Commercial Management team. You will deliver a major data centre project in the Nordics, with 50% of time on-site in Norway and a 1 week on/1 week from home rotation.

You will lead cost management workstreams, coach teams, and build senior client relationships to optimise budgets, value and project outcomes. The role requires a relevant degree, CSA cost & commercial experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Previous CSA Cost & Commercial role experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and cost & commercial management.
• Experience delivering commercial analysis and insights.
• Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships.
• Experience managing people and leadership to motivate others.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Create project costings and budgets and manage finances to meet profit and budget targets.
• Lead and manage cost management assignments from inception to completion, coordinating teams and resources.
• Demonstrate understanding of clients objectives within the sector.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with policies and codes of conduct.
• Ensure contract delivery parameters and scope of service are met.
• Analyse complex data and provide recommendations for project decisions.
• Support development of cost and commercial management systems and processes.
• Improve services and drive innovation to increase team contribution to delivery.
• Manage relationships with customers to identify opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical cost/commercial guidance to internal colleagues for project delivery across multiple projects.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders to grow cost management and identify opportunities.
