Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Shift Engineer for LVAP in London. The role involves controlling and supervising planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with engineering management and client personnel, and ensuring work complies with site policies and safety requirements.

The candidate will operate as a Low Voltage Authorised Person, handling safety paperwork to a high standard while aligning with company policies and safe systems of work.

Qualifications

• LV Authorised Person status or working towards it.
• Current Wiring Regulations certificate.
• Level 3 NVQ in related discipline.
• Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
• Strong health and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with control and supervision of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Liaise with Engineering management and client personnel on site policies and safety.
• Operate within Permit to Work systems and SSOW requirements.
• Maintain records and RAMS reviews for tasks.
• Support on-site team to ensure safe, timely completion of works.
