Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Design Manager to lead the design of our Data Center Fit Outs (White Space) and ensure designs meet project requirements. The role focuses on managing Architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure designs within leased facilities, aligning with performance, efficiency, and scalability standards.

The Design Manager will provide ongoing support into the Fit Out construction phase to ensure accurate implementation, and act as the primary design contact across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Network, Low Voltage/Cabling or related field), Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data center engineering or design with a proven track record of successfully completing data center design projects.
• Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on developing efficient, cost-effective solutions to complex design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process for data center fit outs.
• Oversee architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure designs.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, and scalability standards.
• Review design deviations and manage Basis of Design documents.
