Job summary

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is hiring a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple data centre builds on-site in the UK. You will serve as the owner's representative, directing scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with developers, general contractors, and internal teams.

You will oversee MEP installations, commissioning, and quality assurance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive turnover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM experience leading data centre construction projects.
• Technical expertise in mission-critical infra with emphasis on MEP, power, cooling and redundancy.
• Experience managing contracts, forecasting, budgets, change management and cost estimation.
• On-site leadership coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and authorities.
• Knowledge of pre-construction, risk management, scheduling tools and web-based PM software.
• On-site work full-time and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner's representative guiding direction, completion and financial outcomes of multiple data centre builds.
• Administer contracts with developers and GCs; oversee drawings, specs, changes and planning approvals.
• Supervise installation, coordination, commissioning and QA of MEP systems, power distribution and cooling.
• Drive project schedules, manage multi-million pound budgets and coordinate with supply chain, design and exec stakeholders.
