Job summary

CoreWeave UK Ltd. seeks a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple data centre builds on-site, overseeing MEP installation, commissioning, and quality assurance.

You will manage contracts with developers and general contractors, maintain rigorous scheduling and budget control, and drive successful turnover with cross-functional teams. You should have 3+ years of data centre PM experience, strong MEP knowledge, and proficiency in schedule tools and cost forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management on data centre projects.
• Experience leading on-site construction with GCs and vendors.
• Experience managing contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and change control.
• Knowledge of pre-construction services, risk management, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, coordination, commissioning, and QA of MEP systems.
• Lead project schedules and multi-million pound budgets; drive turnover.
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors; ensure regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.
