Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Northumberland seeks a Development Project Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on campus projects. The role requires coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations staff to deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Commitment to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Present monthly program updates for executive reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to create a master development program for sites.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Oversee multi-phase development plans to hit time, budget and quality.
• Maintain a current campus master plan with accurate statistics.
• Write scopes of work and participate in procurements and cost estimates.
• Review pricing proposals and change orders with contractors.
• Collaborate on equipment procurement and delivery with Strategic Procurement.
