Job summary

Quality Technology Services is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on a Northumberland campus. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers and operations to keep programs on time and on budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience using PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects on a campus with updated budgets and schedules.
• Create executive-ready updates and reviews for program status.
• Develop master development programs, budgets, and site design solutions.
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and multi-phased site plans.
• Prepare scopes of work and participate in procurement and cost estimates.
• Review pricing proposals, change orders, and manage procurement with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and cost-to-date; ensure on-time completion.
• Represent QTS in OAC meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
