Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced EHS site advisor to join a major data centre project in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based in country or travel extensively, providing leadership for EHS strategy and site safety implementation on a high-profile construction programme.

You will oversee EHS performance, conduct audits, review incidents, and drive continuous improvement across the project team and contractor network, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience as EHS advisor on major construction projects.
Experience on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essential.
Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan.
Verify that project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the public.
Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
Encourage proactive involvement of all personnel in EHS execution.
Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
Review incident records and ensure timely closure of actions.
Investigate incidents with injuries and close follow-up actions.
Participate in audits and weekly site inspections and close actions.
Monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and reports.
Conduct performance evaluations including personal EHS involvement.
