Job summary
Kingdom Group seeks a Data & BI Analyst to own our data platform and transform data into actionable business insights across group services. You will develop and maintain our Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environment, integrating data from finance, CRM, workforce management and operations to support informed decisions across the business.

Qualifications
- Five-year checkable employment history with two references and right to work in the UK.
- Proven BI/Data Analyst experience with multi-source datasets.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Design, build, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop robust data models, measures and reporting structures that support consistent decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities across operational and commercial data.
- Deliver the Group Finance KPI reporting suite alongside the Group Finance Lead and Finance Tracking Team.
- Map requested metrics back to source systems and define data delivery requirements.
