L&Q is recruiting an Information Analyst to join the Business Intelligence & Analytics Team in London. You will deliver insightful reporting, dashboards and KPIs to drive decision-making and improve resident outcomes.

The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights with Power BI, DAX and SQL, while supporting self-service reporting and data governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business intelligence, reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, DAX and SQL.
• Strong data storytelling skills to communicate complex information and influence decisions.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Track record of defining and reporting KPIs aligned to strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with best-practice visuals.
• Deliver proactive, actionable insights to support decision-making across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.
