Job summary

Proactive.IT Appointments Ltd. is seeking a data professional to join a small, ambitious Data & Insight team at a pivotal growth stage. You will connect data across multiple domains, helping the business understand relationships and opportunities that may not be visible in isolation.

You'll work with a modern Microsoft-focused stack including Power BI, Fabric, SQL and Power Apps, and play a key role in delivering insights to senior leaders, operational teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data/BI/Power Platform environments
• Strong Power BI experience with semantic modelling and DAX
• Confident SQL skills with views and query optimization
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or API integration
• Ability to work end-to-end and communicate with department heads and senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Connect data across different areas of the business to identify relationships and opportunities
• Own the data journey from extraction and modelling to delivering meaningful insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to shape reporting and analytics
