Job summary

Proactive Appointments is working with an established, growing business investing heavily in data, BI and automation. You will join a small, ambitious Data & Insight team at an exciting point in its development, owning the full data journey from extraction to delivery of insight to leaders, ops teams and customers.

The role focuses on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Fabric for semantic modelling, Power Apps and Power Automate for workflows, APIs and Python for data movement, and SQL to support an

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a data, BI or Power Platform environment.
• Strong Power BI experience with semantic modelling and DAX
• Confident SQL skills, including writing and optimising views/queries
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or API integration
• Ability to own end-to-end solutions from problem to delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Curious approach to data and business insights
• Attention to quality and delivery timing

Responsibilities

• Own the data journey from source to insight with governance.
• Develop semantic models and reporting using Power BI and Fabric.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and departments to deliver value.
• Build, test and maintain dashboards, reports and automations.
