  • Location: The University of Huddersfield - London Campus
  • Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Role Overview

Member of the Centre’s Student Experience Team, responsible for data management, assessments, academic administration, and compliance (student enrolments and attendance).

Implement Study Group’s policies, standard operating processes, and procedures to support staff and students, aiming to maximize student outcomes and satisfaction.

The post reports to the Student Experience Manager and requires building strong relationships within the team, central Study Group teams, and the university partner to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate datasets and student results; produce reports for management.
  2. Act as secretary to governance boards as needed.
  3. Ensure adherence to policies and support quality assurance activities.
  4. Coordinate student booking updates and produce timely student reports.
  5. Support management with assessment organization and compliance.
  6. Organize assessment releases, invigilation, and verification processes.
  7. Review and update assessment systems and documentation.
  8. Coordinate timetable information and resource provision.
  9. Manage visa compliance, including documentation and attendance monitoring.
  10. Organize student registration and ensure data accuracy.
  11. Participate in visa meetings and support student attendance interventions.
  12. Assist the team with contacting absent students and liaising with parents and agents.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with a background supporting students in an educational context and working within regulated environments.
