Member of the Centre’s Student Experience Team, responsible for data management, assessments, academic administration, and compliance (student enrolments and attendance).
Implement Study Group’s policies, standard operating processes, and procedures to support staff and students, aiming to maximize student outcomes and satisfaction.
The post reports to the Student Experience Manager and requires building strong relationships within the team, central Study Group teams, and the university partner to ensure smooth operations.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with a background supporting students in an educational context and working within regulated environments.
