Location - Remote in United Kingdom, with some travel to HQ & sites

About the Company

We are working with a UK biotech organisation developing a world-first regenerative cell therapy to treat patients with hearing loss. Currently, there are no pharmaceutical therapies available—only medical devices. This cell therapy has the potential to reverse the condition. The organisation has assembled a world-class team of audiology & clinical experts to address unmet clinical needs and is focused on improving patients' quality of life globally.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join as a Clinical Operations Coordinator/Associate within the Clinical Team currently delivering a First-in-Human (FIH) trial. The clinical operations team collaborates closely with clinical development colleagues and trial sites. This role will support the daily management of clinical studies and trials, from site setup to close-out. It provides a unique chance to be part of a world-class, cross-functional team delivering a first-in-class Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) to the clinic for patients with unmet needs.

You will report to the Clinical Operations Manager.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:

• University degree in life sciences
• Experience in a clinical trial research environment, preferably from the sponsor side
• Experience working on clinical trials within NHS secondary care is advantageous
• Experience maintaining a Trial Master File and/or Site File in inspection-ready condition
• Experience supporting trial sites through training, remote monitoring, and data query assistance
• A proactive, hands-on approach to operational tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding biotech environment and adapt to strategic changes
• Strong team player with collaborative skills across various expertise levels
