Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is seeking Seer Tech Office specialists to design and deliver data and analytics platforms. You will build modern data pipelines, support enterprise BI tools, and help shape the data strategy across health and social care reporting.

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing and implementing data, BI, or analytics solutions.
Strong SQL and Python with cloud/data-architecture knowledge.
Experience with data warehouses and enterprise BI tools.
Ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement complex data, integration and BI solutions.
Provide technical support across platforms like AWS, Denodo, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, BO.
Assist with platform configuration, upgrades, security and performance tuning.
Support service improvement and ongoing platform development.
Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning.
