Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland (PSD Scotland) is seeking a motivated Technical Specialist to join the Data & Analytics Enablement Service. You will help design, build and support high-quality data solutions that underpin national services, working across the full product lifecycle from requirements to deployment and optimisation.

You will translate business needs into robust data pipelines, warehousing and reporting, delivering insightful visualisations to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Motivated and skilled technical specialist with experience in designing, developing and implementing data and analytics solutions.
• Strong capability in data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and working with structured and semi-structured data with advanced SQL skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle within Agile, DevOps or similar frameworks is essential.
• Ability to plan and manage workload and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
