We are looking to expand our credit risk team, which plays a central role in supporting customers facing higher energy bills amidst sector volatility. Our team uniquely combines strong data analytics skills, customer and business understanding, and close collaboration with our tech team to solve customer problems efficiently at scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage customers struggling with payments
• Conduct deep data investigations for decision-making
• Enhance our reporting with the latest BI tools
• Develop empathetic approaches for vulnerable customers
• Identify and prevent fraud
• Develop machine learning models and policies for decision-making
• Identify new opportunities proactively
• Challenge existing KPIs, objectives, and strategies
• Communicate complex data insights confidently
• Build relationships with Data Science, Tech, Finance, Collections, and Operations teams

What You'll Need

• Excellent SQL skills
• Problem-solving drive using data
• Proficiency in Python data science tools (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Plotly/matplotlib)

Bonus skills include familiarity with Git, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI), DBT, and 2-5 years of experience in consumer credit risk or collections within financial services, utilities, or telecom sectors.
