Job summary

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data and research into clear insights that support policy, strategy and performance across CPCA. The role uses Excel and Power BI to analyse datasets and produces reports and visualisations for diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with colleagues and partners to support evidence-based decision making, with exposure to forecasting, modelling and performance reporting depending on your area.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and producing clear insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI or equivalents.
• GIS experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret regional and local datasets.
• Produce meaningful analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare reports, presentations and visualisations for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to support evidence-based decision making.
• Contribute to insight, forecasting, modelling, evaluation or performance reporting where relevant.
