Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Data Analyst (Performance Support Officer) in Lincoln with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights for the Family Adoption Links Regional Adoption Agency Partnership, shaping adoption services through trends and outcomes analysis.

You will design BI solutions using Power BI, collaborate with six local authorities, and ensure accurate data for statutory returns and external submissions.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse raw data and transform it into meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Power BI for designing BI solutions and dashboards.
• Experience presenting analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy of reports and external submissions.
• Liaise with partner agencies to collate data for statutory returns relating to adoption work.
• Validate and submit adopter-level data to Adoption England on behalf of FAL.
• Improve existing BI solutions and maintain data models and workflows.
